Your probably asking if it tells you the "positive" or "negative" part of the blood type. That is the D antigen and yes it includes Anti D. **Q: Is this test accurate?** A: It was for us. Even though my child wasn't able to get out but one drop of blood, the test was still very clear for us as to blood type.
