Rosarita Traditional Refried Beans, 30 oz

This is a huge 40 oz can of really delicious traditional style refried beans. I buy these large cans and portion out the remainder to freeze, they freeze well. I use these refried beans in Mexican, Tex-Mex and fusion dishes. Here is an example.. believe it or not a warmed flour tortilla topped with a thin layer of cooked refried beans and cooked stir fry veggies in gojujang sauce or stir fry sauce) is delicious. These beans are also great with added spices and cheese to create a quick dip. I have used these beans as the base for a great tasting creamy bean soup by adding stock or broth, corn, black beans and cheese served topped with sour cream salsa and crunchy tortilla strips. That's a quick simple yummy soup to have on a cold Winter day. Anyway you should buy these beans they are a great pantry staple in my opinion.

If you like refried beans; this is a very good brand. Tastes very good, can use in all kinds of dishes. If you are lazy like my chef; you can put it in the microwave (take it out of the can... if I told him once; I've told him a thousand times... put it in a microwave-safe bowl- sheesh! Add as much cheese as you like or your favorite persons allergies will tollerate, heat it up, take it out of the microwave and if you just dont like refried beans in the first place, add tons of sourcream and salsa; which covers a multitude of sins.... Eat, enjoy, and stay home unless you are going to visit realtives you don't care for. You're welcome.

Love this brand as the seasoning is spot on and I don’t have to add anything else to them… I use them in dishes or I top with a Mexican cheese blend & use as a dip for tortilla chips.It’s one of my favorite indulgent snacksI’m a repeat buyer and I don’t see that changing. Thanks Amazon & Rosarita!

These beans are better than most that you can buy out in the store. I love the big jar I mean, can I also always like to make mine fresh and this feels fresh and taste fresh so this is a keeper
