How do you clean this out?

The vinyl does not stick to the inside, which is smooth silicone. I use either a set of tweezers or a rounded pick to clean it out. Super easy, this is a great product, the suction is really good as well in a flat surface!

Any chance this will come back in stock?

Why do some say it will stick to anything (as far as suction to table) and others say it will stick to nothing and is a pain?

It depends on the texture of the surface you're suctioning it to. On a smooth surface like glass it will stay suctioned for days. On a rough wooden table it will not suction for very long, however on polished wood suction will typically last for several hours. One option is to use a cup coaster, or even a cell phone if a smooth surface isn't available. Hope this answers your question! :) -Phil
