Pathetic quality product

At this price I expect a good quality product. However this looks to be a suboptimal quality product delivered by this retailer. Here are the problems-1. The cushion glue is off2. The grill size is not in proportion to the head part causing visible issues3. Since the grill size is bigger, its almost impossible to adjust the position to correct it.Moreover there is no return option. For now I have asked for a replacement. Hoping that I will receive the product with appropriate quality justifying the price.
