Excellent immune system protection
I take these regularly, they're pleasant to chew and they seem to be very effective at keeping colds and flu etc at bay.

Easy to take
These have a terribly fake sweetness to them and leave me with an upset stomach however they are easy to chew at the end and are a good alternative if you can't swallow with water.
