So I didn't use mine as a towel holder. I used it for organizing craft supplies and I love it!

I am totally disappointed in this product. The only thing it has going for it is it looks nice and fits in a small space. I had to make two trips to Lowes in order to get the hardware necessary to put this up because what was included with the towel rack was a total waste. The nuts did not fit on the small screws to attach the units together so that was the first trip to Lowes, I don't know if the nuts or the screws were misthreaded so I purchased two new screws and two new nuts that fit together. After I got that together I lined it up on the wall to mark where I needed to drill holes to put the anchors in. Well, I tapped the anchors in but when I went to put the rack on the wall and screw it on the anchors fell right thru because there was no lip on them to hold them onto the wall. Second trip to Lowes to get the right kind of anchors for the screws. At this point I had no choice but to put this rack up since I had eight drilled holes in my bathroom wallpaper. Whatever you do, check this out completely before drilling holes in your walls, because if I had done that I could have returned this and gotten my money back. I have not yet attempted to put towels on this rack, but now that its on the wall I can see that it is not going to hold my large towels, fortunately I do have some smaller towels that should fit so I don't have to purchase new towels also.

We have zero storage in our master bathroom so this was perfect for our towels! No more walking to the hall closet for a towel, they’re now conveniently hung on the back of the bathroom door. Very easy to put together & sturdy.

I bought two of these, one for each bathroom in my home. I mounted these side by side and they look great. They were easy to install. They seem pretty sturdy and they fit regular sized bath towels perfectly. These probably wouldn’t work for oversized towels or bath sheets but perfect for regular sized, plush towels. Since I mounted these side by side, there was a section of the rack on one piece where it is supposed to connect to the other that I had to cut off, otherwise it would have stuck up and been visible after being mounted. Once I made that alternation, it looks great and it’s freed up a ton of space in my cabinets. Who doesn’t love more storage? I don’t trust the anchors they provided so I did use my own to ensure these don’t accidentally get pulled off the wall when someone grabs a towel. I’d definitely recommend this towel rack if you’re looking for something simple and clean looking.

Good product. I’m happy with how much space it helps reduce with where we place our towels. We have fairly think towels and the racks are not terribly wide, so I can’t roll them like you usually would. My other issue is that when you go to put the artificial studs in, they are not very good quality and some of them crumpled in on themselves while using a hammer to lightly get them inserted into the wall wall (I try to make them snug or my experience is the stud and the screw fall out). I was able to secure this to the wall pretty well with 3 of 4 sets anchor points. The other anchor point wasn’t flush with the wall where the two pieces connect. Overall, for the price, it is a good product, but if you want something a little nice, i would pay the extra for some slightly wider and with better wall anchors.

Instructions were really vague. The screws that connect the two pieces together are too long to make it flush against the wall. Also, the screws where you are supposed to attach it to the wall in the center are really hard to reach without scratching the metal.

I ordered this to help create more floor space in my tiny bathroom. Connecting the 2 pieces together is what worked best for my space. I did find that the connecting screw and bolt had to be put together backwards in order to keep it more flush to the wall. Not a huge deal to me, as I was looking more for functionality than anything else. The mounting screws that came with it seem to be a decent length and I found that to be a definite plus.Overall, I do recommend this product. However please be aware that if you use the extra big body towels, they do not fit as pictured.

Used it for towels as shown in the picture. Problem was it was to small to put towels inside of and they looked bad sticking out from all sides and under a lot of pressure inside the holders. The last straw was when everything got all rusty a month later. Not to mention I had to drill the bathroom wall all for nothing because towels ended up not fitting and holder became rusty....

We purchased one for the master bedroom during the pandemic to give us more space under our vanity. We loved it so much we purchased an additional for our teenage childrens washroom.

I bought 2 racks and they are perfect for the small spaces available in our bathrooms. Easy to install. My husband had them installed in a few minutes.
