We purchased this set of luggage as it met our travel needs and came in purple. We are very happy with the luggage, but had an issue where two of the bags had tears near the seams after marginal use. We contacted the manufacturer and followed their process. They were very responsive, answering each query within 1-2 business days. In the end, they agreed to replace the bags for us. We have received the new bags, but have not yet traveled with them. We are traveling later this year and hoping they hold up well. I have no problem giving U.S. Traveler a 5-star rating as they did not hassle us about the damage. These bags are light, which is something important to us since we fly a lot and every pound of weight is important. The 3-bag set works nicely.

Do NOT buy this. We bought two full sets of one big and one small. The first big bag broke on our trip to Florida and was such a hassle to deal with. The wheels buckled in and we could no longer pull it around. The small bag handle broke and we could not use it to pull around the airport so we had to keep it down the entire time and drag the bag by the small handle on the top. We threw both out after one trip. We then sent our daughter to Spain with the large suitcase that we still had left. It was such a terrible decision. The bag broke within a day of her getting there, again all wheels buckling. She then had to pay for a courier service to take her back to her next location if she could not move it on the train at all since it was a 50 pound bag with no wheels. She had to buy another bag while in Spain and pay extra as she just had to buy whatever she could find. This was the worst decision we made, and we will never buy a bag from this company again. Just used both pieces for a trip to Europe. Jammed full of stuff and the wheels and zippers performed well. Well construction and very easy to roll all directions, easy to secure closed and had clothing tie downs and convenient compartments as well. Stitching seemed to be secure and handles also securely attached to the luggage on each side. The handle locked in halfway and full open position making rolling even more convenient. In addition the luggage is somewhat light and did not add to the overall weight of our things. Could not be happier and if it holds up over more of our trips, would be the best luggage purchase I have ever made. Highlly recommend this product.

I love this suitcase for the size, the expanding feature, extra compartments! But on my 2nd trip using it when I got to the airport, I noticed 1 wheel had started coming apart like old re-cap tires & I had to drag it to baggage check in, then through my hotel & back through the airport again to go home. By the time I got home from dragging it around on vacation, a 2nd wheel was coming apart. It's such a great suitcase & price that I hate to have to tell this story...but it would be a perfect product if they update the wheels!

First thing I want to say is UPS did an amazing job with the delivery of my new suitcase!!… and the suitcase was in the original carton it must have shipped with to the merchant I bought it from… the box had tape coming up and the case could have left the box before it was delivered to me… so they might need to add extra tape on the boxes they ship to us consumers … the actual suitcase is exactly what I expected it to be… nice, roomy and lightweight!!… love it so far… will see how it travels soon!!

Used it for a Vegas trip in September and it performed very well. Just the right size for my belongings to fit in nice and snug. No wasted space and no need to bring additional bags.

what can I say? All around great luggage! Wheels work great, interior is spacious and the colour is also great (mine was Purple).
