Excellent Choice
Before ordering, I read other reviews. Some negative ones claimed the color wasn't brown as in photo, and didn't taste like real pumpkin seed oil. Based on the good reviews, I ordered anyways. The color matches exactly. The oil itself tastes exactly like a pumpkin seed oil. Just to re-re-confirm, I cut open 10 gelatin capsules from another company to taste the oil inside them. Exactly the same. I'm taking one Tablespoon per day, which equals the 10 grams that medical articles suggest for bladder support. For convenience, I ordered a pump dispenser on Amazon (Stateside 16oz coffee syrup dispenser) which pumps 1/2 Tablespoon per squirt. Easy! 2 squirts in a shot glass. This is much MUCH more affordable than taking 10 soft gel capsules daily.

WOW! Everyone should be using this!
A GREAT product to add to your daily health regime. Sure you can mix with juice or another beverage but I prefer to simply take a shot , then follow up with a glass of water in the morning! You will feel like a million bucks after just a few days of using this. Recommend!

This product was dark in color and had no after taste. I use it in smoothies and i cant tell its in thre.

No taste
Bright orange. Thick with no taste. I use it for low heat foods and mainly in my skin products. Also a drop or two on my hair. With large container I'm able to share with my friends and family. I need oil for high heat so I would only buy again in small size for hair and skin.

Great quality!
This is a great quality pumpkin seed oil. This was my second purchase and we’ve received it quickly both times. The person I purchase it for uses it daily and has noticed improvement in certain prostate issues. They use it in place of other cooking oils or they add it to meals in place of butter. We have absolutely no reservations about purchasing again.
