AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I purchased this to dry out an area where I have had repetitive spills and leaks. The product is super durable while the product is very powerful. It is loud, but ALL fans that kick out 5000 CFM's are going to be loud. That's physics. I would buy this product 1000X over. Furthermore, I had an issue with my fan being damaged during shipping. I posted a question, while that same day, the vendor contacted me immediately and sent me out a replacement. I haven't had that kind of customer service in a long time. GREAT BUSINESS!!

Their customer service is magnificent, 10 starts for their customer service
Work perfectly fine for what I need it. Strong blowers, it's loud if you want something not too loud don't get this fan. It's cheap in comparison with other name brand blowers works amazing, it's super good.

The CFM rating is a lie, but all the other brands appear to lie about the same..
Bought this for use as the prime mover for an educational wind tunnel. I own many types of anemometers and as a mechanical engineer I can do the math. At the highest speed setting, the peak air velocity (at the center of the outlet nozzle) was 98 ft/s. The average velocity over the 4" x 14" area of the outlet nozzle was about 80 ft/s, (and by the way I'm at about 500 ft above sea level.) That translates to about 1870 cubic feet per minute, which is less than the claimed 5000 CFM rating by a factor of about 2.7.This was not a surprise to me, because given a 1.3 horsepower motor (which this blower does indeed have), even a perfectly efficient blower (which does not exist) could only possibly push up to about 2700 CFM out of an opening that size, at sea level. There's just no realistic way to get even close to the rated CFM out of a machine like this, except possibly by ducting the outlet back to the inlet via some kind of ingeniously designed diffuser/duct arrangement. But not to worry - ALL of the manufacturers of similar blowers lie, by roughly the same factor. Probably because they all use the same bullsh** formula based on the rated RPM of the motor and the size and blade pitch of the impeller, which in no way reflects the real air flow rate.So at least compared to other blowers on the market, the CFM rating is in some sense reasonable, which is why I'm still giving it four stars. This blower does seem to be one of the best values out there in terms of power vs price, and it functions reliably.
