Will this clip wiggle when used with the Surge?

It wiggles a little but stays put. I use it all the time. I had to replace it once in four years after ripping it off on a door frame. It was nice enough and useful enough, I bought another one to replace the broken one. It broke off the clip before coming out, that’s pretty good I guess.

Have any of you who own this and use this, have you ever accidentally released it?

Have carried one for about 10 years , no accidental release but had one break at the bend after around 9.5 years

Will this fit the original leatherman supertool?

I do not believe the super tool has the slot for them to lock in. the Wave, Charge and Surge have a slot that locks this accessory in
