I purchased and installed this switch for a family member that had shoulder surgery, and couldn't reach the recline switch mounted on the side of her Flexsteel chair. The install couldn't have been easier, and has been working great for a couple months. Very nice, affordable solution to my problem, and the family member was very happy to have it. Thankfully these hard to find products are easy to find on Amazon, and with Prime it was at my door in 2 days.

I have 2 Catnapper chairs and over a period of time, I've had to keep splicing the wires that would break on the wand. Finally, I couldn't fix them any more. The store where we bought the chairs quoted an exorbitant price for replacement wands so I did an Amazon search and found out that 5 pin wands were fairly universal and easy to replace. I ordered 2 of these 2 button wands for an extremely reasonable price. They arrived in 2 days, it took less than 5 minutes to replace the wands on both chairs. The cords are much better than the originals, my wife was surprised that her chairs worked flawlessly, I saved a lot of money and felt like a hero. Thank you very much.

The first unit I ordered had an incorrect connector, so it did not work. However this unit had the proper connector which worked well. The chair had a built in control unit mounted on the RH side. My wife had shoulder surgery on the right side, so she could not operate the chair. The corded remote was a great alternative.

Due to health issues--arthritis and heart problems--I sleep in my old Comfortlift powered recliner, with my legs well elevated. A week ago, the chair control stopped working entirely and I was having to "innovate" other sleeping arrangments, without much success. The original chair control is no longer made, but I found this CUGLB control online as a viable substitute. IT WORKS GREAT! The price is very affordable, service was good, and installation was pretty much "plug and play". And with my health problems, I consider having my recliner working again a lifesaver!

My grandma's chair stopped working and she had some "Specialist" come and look at it and she was told it was her motor. I fooled around with her chair and was also convinced. She had a neighbor with a similar chair and the same controller. I borrowed the controller to test on the chair with a bad lift motor and and it worked perfectly. Went online to get a price for new controller and about choked on my chewing gum with how expensive they are.... Then I found this controller. Fit perfectly and works perfectly. Thank you for the great deal and for saving my grandma from being robbed and having to buy a new lift chair. Been in use for a couple months now, and it still works perfectly. I didn't post a review right away, just to make sure it wasn't an item that broke 2 weeks after purchase. And it's a sturdy and reliable controller. Great purchase. If any of the folks in her old folks apartments have a similar chair and need a control I know where to get one! Thanks!

Works well for Pride health care with Dewert controller.Direct plug and play replacement and here in a day. Daughter installed. I like better than original single button always stuck, but 27 years old.

Product was straightforward to hook up and is easy to operate. It's a little larger than the original controller that came with the chair, but it works as expected.
