I bought this book as I suspect I know a psychopath and I wanted some help to deal with them. This book does not do what the title suggests. As you go through each chapter, you realise that it is exactly the same as the previous chapter with a few words changed. The main problem is that it is a series of statements about each condition, but does not offer any real advice as to what to say and do in the presence of people with these conditions. I am no nearer to solving my problem than before I bought the book. Very, very disappointing.
