Seche Vive Gel Effect Top Coat 0.5oz, boxed

i really love this top coat. it dries quickly and seems pretty durable, though i don't do much intense work with my hands. the shine is gorgeous and long-lasting.

The very first time I bought this product it was at Sally, I was looking for a top coat that would DRY FAST and that it would give me a nice SHINY GEL effect on my nails. I loved this product from the very forst time I tried it . Then I found it here on amazon at a better price and I am more than hooked. If you are a mom on the go and you do your nails at home but you hate the wait drying time this is for you ! It dries super fast and helps you nail polish to last longer than a week. I haven't had a problem with the product peeling but if you do ,just make sure that before you apply it your nail polish is completely dry and make sure to apply in thin layers. The product is somewhat thick so you won't need much and the product itself will last you a long time.Super happy with this product !

I can't recommend this stuff enough. It leaves the perfect shiny top coat on your manicure and it dries hard very quickly! When I was using the general Essie top coat, I had to sit for at least an hour without moving to make sure that I didn't accidentally dent my nails but with this stuff, that's not an issue!I let it dry for a minute or two and then run my hands under cold water because I heard from someone's grandmother that the cold really solidifies the manicure and it honestly couldn't be better.

It has a great shine with a smooth finish. It dries pretty fast.

Really like this stuff. The shine looks great. Making sure it lays on right can be tricky but it gets easier after a couple of applications. Durable and chip resistant.

If you want gel shine without the gel this is the topcoat for you. A YouTuber I watched years ago used this on her natural nails and I happen to run across it here on Amazon and glad I did. It doesn’t chip and I swear it makes your color polish dry 10 times faster. Worth the money and does its job.

I ordered this Seche top coat along with a base coat. We won't talk about the base coat, as it was disappointing. But THIS was not!Note: A reviewer somewhere here commented this was NOT a top coat for just a pretty clear nail, and they were correct. If you apply this directly to a bare nail, son, you will be disappoint. It WILL peel and curl off the nail within 24 hours. This top coat needs to be paired with a nail polish color.I have used this top coat with: Revlon, Sinful colors, L.A. colors and a plethora of other super cheap or affordable nail polishes and it is amazing. I work in retail and this top coat extended the life of my normal nail polish from literally one day, up to 3 or 5 (depending on derpy I am in slamming my hands into anything.)I don't have any pictures, and that is a shame--but I've been using gel polish these last two weeks, so I will have to try and remember to come back to this and upload a nice pic of it.PROS: Goes on smooth as butter. Or maybe smooth as any nail top coat should be.SUPER. SHINY. It does really look amazing.Lasts much longer than normal top coats with regular polish.Dries super fast!CONS: Not for a nude nail top coat. Absolutely will not stay put without polish to adhere to.RECOMMEND? Yes!

Extremely thick gloopy and hard to apply. Even after adding thinner. Does leave a really nice finish and gel like texture. But takes forever to dry so I usually use it after day or two after qdtc after it completely dry to apply. But like the seche vite it also shrinks like crazy unfortunately.
