Mixes just fine in shaker cup. The chocolate flavor is subtle, but does not have a bunch of junk in it like most other protein powders. It has sucralose in it! I thought that is was plain vanilla UNSWEETENED CFM whey protein isolate. When I got it I did not check the ingredients just mixed a 28gm scoop and then found out it was sweetened with sucralose. I figured I would try it; what a mistake! after taking this stuff I got bloated had cramps and gastointestial distress! my pants started to get tight! and I felt like I was gaining weight! My son had the same problems. Immediately stopped and eveything went back to normal. The symptoms are akin to using a cheap crap, low grade whey concentrate. A TRUE CFM Whey Isolate would never do this! I will not buy again.
