This hose is Not bulky and is easy to put on or take off. It is difficult to say anything about durability after only a few uses. On first use is was noted that it does NOT expand to 50 Feet. Maybe to 37 or at most 40 feet.

Works just as advertised. Very easy to work with; very flexible both when expanded (filled with water) and contracted (empty of water). Came with extra rubber gaskets for your connections. Brass couplings at the end felt solid and operate smoothly. Very lightweight when free of water and easy to fold up in the included bag. Haven't used the hanger as I don't have a convenient place to put it, but it is included. The spray nozzle worked just fine.They do give you instructions for the first time use just to break it in so it won't be damaged. I followed those and it worked just fine. As a good practice to care for the hose, I would recommend slowly turning on the faucet every time you fill it with water so it's able to expand gradually without a sudden stretch that might break the inner core down the line. It's quick and easy so there's no reason not to do it. Once it's completely expanded, just turn the faucet on all the way.Made it a lot easier to water the plants in my garden as well as wash my car. Easy to move around without it being tangled up or twisted. Doesn't flop over and wet your leg when you move it around. Very nice product.

First off, gotta understand, every product has its place. So if you're using one of these style hoses for daily concrete work, hot water, or commercial yard care, then it's not going to go far. And that's not what these are intended for. The ideal purposes are any normal activity at your home where you don't want to lug around a large, dirty, cumbersome, standard garden hose. That's not getting abused, like run over by a vehicle, or left out in the scorching sun all summer long to rot. Those two are probably the number 1 killers of these hoses. We've had a few of these style hoses now and this is the best made one I've seen. The inner hose looks thicker than others, the outer braid is about the same. The all metal brass ends and valve are definitely H.D. And there's a little rubber sleeve between the hose and brass ends to cushion the bend. (This is crucial) As this is the area where all my others wore out first. Even comes with storage bag to so it's not left in sun when not in use. And free sprayer nozzle, and extra hose washers (cause we all know those suckers disappear!). And it's one of the cheapest on Amazon. Anyway, for around the house, my wife loves it!

After writing the review below, we recieved a replacement hose. So far we have not had any issues so I changed my 1 start review to 3 stars.I literally used this 3 Times! The third time I attempted to use it the nozzle was literally splitting in half because of how cheap the plastic is! I had the hose and nozzle off the ground and wrapped up neatly. It was not fault of mine. Very disappointed especially after seeing positive reviews... just bought it a week ago!

My supposed lightweight heavy duty rubber garden hose became sufficiently unusable.After purchasing 2 expandable hoses in the past, and having very poor experiences with them I was undoubtedly hesitant on buying a 3rd. Reading the reviews for this hose convinced me there must be good quality hoses out there.The packaging and presentation were on par, and the spray nozzle (while plastic) offers options I've not had with other nozzles and it packs a solid punch. The hose is strong and durable, yet extremely lightweight and easy to maneuver. It's made watering my front lawn and plants even more enjoyable!To those with negative reviews of this hose, you're likely not following the instructions for use and/or storage. If taken care of properly, I've no doubt it'll last me for years to come.

The nozzle attachment was poor quality. Particularly the jet nozzle it seems like the holes were not bored and let too much water through. The jet was very weak even with strong water pressure. Everything else seems very good

I really like this type of hose because I can never get the regular ones to wind back up the way they're supposed to. With this, the hose does the work for you and you simply have to hang it back up. Super happy about this.. I only wish this was around when I was a kid so my father wouldn't yell at me to "hang up the hose the right way"!I've used this attached to my pressure washer, with the included nozzle and just on its own. It's worked perfectly for me in every use case and returns right back to the compressed size.

I waited a few months to write the review so I can say in confidence about the quality of this expandable garden hose. It is well-made with good materials so it should last for a while. We have a few long garden hoses in the house but I use this one most of the time because of its light weight and easy to carry around the house. Good enough for small watering jobs. Will buy again.
