put this on my 98 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Classic, and it was a direct swap for the old one. The hight of this is a tiny bit larger, but it still fits just fine.

The site says it fits a 2007 KawasakiVulcan Nomad 1600 but, it doesn't.
