Like using a piece of wood
They must have forgotten to add the memory foam. Hard as rock, and uncomfortable. I have to use a pillow with it length ways for it to be comfortable. So I wouldn't bother unless you enjoy sleeping on a something aki. To a wooden table top.

Comfortable and Great Quality!
This lived up to my expectations of being excellent quality and a life saver when it comes to night acid reflux. I previously had a larger higher wedge pillow which I slipped down all the time and was no good for my chronic back and knee pain caused by osteo arthritis and my reflux. This pillow is perfect - my acid reflux has virtually disappeared and I wake up with much less pain and stiffness. The pillow itself is high quality and I didn't experience any of the poor shape problems people have mentioned upon opening the product when receiving it.

Superb Value
Terr9fic Product. Got it for my wife as she was having abdominal issues due to a low lying pillow. This was recmmendd by a Doctor and it is a product with top value.

Slightly too hard
Love this pillow as I can now sit in bed and read without breaking my back. However, I tend to find it kind of uncomfortable after a few hours and I wish it was just a bit softer. Still, I love it and have used it everyday for reading (but never sleep with it).

Comodidad y buena calidad.
Quedé gratamente sorprendida con ésta compra. Después de leer muchas opiniones no muy favorables de las almohadas parecidas no tuve muchas expectativas. Pero al recibirla, me di cuenta de su buena calidad y después de su comodidad. Lo único que tuve que conseguir aparte es una funda de algodón, ya que el material sintético de cual está hecha me daba calor. Le pongo encima mi almohada ortopédica para el cuello y la altura queda perfecta.
