It works great! Very affordable way to get lactose free milk. I treat a gallon with 24 drops, shake it and set it back in the fridge the day before i need it and never have to think of it again or have a separate expensive lactose free milk in the fridge. We all drink it.

Life is a lot easier when I can add drops of lactase to milk and other dairy products. I almost had to give up dairy because of the painful gut side effects. I highly recommend this product. If you add more drops per instructions, the dairy product is almost 99% free of lactose sugar.

I developed lactose intolerance during cancer treatment. Lactase tablets didn't work at all, so I tried these drops. They are fantastic! They can't be used in hot liquids, but they can be used in pretty much anything you can shake or stir. I've used them in milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, and ricotta. To get the best value, I add the drops as soon as I open a new container of something and let it sit at least overnight before using (shake or stir well to get the enzyme well distributed). I'm so happy to not need to give up dairy, and these drops are so much more economical than the tablets (or buying lactose-free products at the store).

I started years ago with Lactaid brand drops but don't find them anymore (only tablet form is widely available). I found this brand to do the job and the price is comparable or better than other brands.

I use this product every time I buy a gallon of milk. The milk tastes sweeter than untreated milk so not only do I have less stomach issues due to the lack of lactose in the milk but I need less sugar for the cereal or drinks like tea or coffee. It also costs less than buying milk that is sold as lactose free .

Simple to use, just add the correct number of drops to a gallon of milk.NOTE: If you use the recommended amount, it will take 24 hours to break down all of the lactose, so plan on making your next gallon before finishing the one you're on.

I used the recommended amount for a gallon of milk and added 10 additional drops just to be safe, and I experienced no discomfort. It didn’t change the taste or consistency of the milk. Will purchase again.

I'm really disappointed. I follow the instructions exactly as they specified in the manual for 99% lactose reduction, and it didn't work. ( I let 500mL of milk mixed with 10 drops of Milkaid sit in the fridge for well over 24 hours.) I was really looking forward to using these these lactase drops on all my dairy products so that I could save money from having to buy the more expensive lactose-free dairy products. Oh well. Perhaps I got an expired product, or perhaps the enzyme degraded due to shipping conditions. It's too bad. I really enjoyed reading all the reviews from other customers, and was really excited to make my own handmade lactose free ice cream.
