Glad I finally found what I was looking for
Was looking for zinc in an effort to boost my son's already compromised immune and since the flu is wreaking havoc here in Maryland I'm glad I've been giving this to him before flu season started I will reorder. Finding pure zinc for kids was a struggle and I was giving him some of my zinc which I had to cut in half and the dose was still too high after doing research 5 mg is what children should take daily and no more and this fits the bill

Got for 6 year old son to get extra zinc and these are great. Small and have good flavor according to him. I tried myself and agree they have good taste and not chalky.

Chewable with no off taste
This small dosage of zinc is good for children, but adults can also benefit from chewing one of these tablets because it is only 5 mg. The flavor is all right. I wouldn't want to swallow one whole, however.
