I have been waiting for a wet day before reviewing this but am delighted to report that it is indeed waterproof when cycling. I was unsure about whether to order a bigger size as cycling clothes are often slim fit and being older, I'm no longer that shape, but in fact my normal size was just right. I like the longer sleeves which keep my watch dry when cycling. I chose pink because it was such a good price.

I’m training for a marathon in the spring, so needed something to run in in winter. This is just the ticket. Protects well and keeps you a pleasant temp in wet weather and also projects from wind. Recently ran in hail and felt really comfortable. Fantastic value and a fairly flattering fit (in as far as a pink fluorescent jacket can be flattering!)

So far, I am loving this jacket! I ordered a size bigger so that I can wear a warmer down jacket or thick jumper under it in the cold and this works perfectly, but the jacket still doesn't look too big without them. It is also great for wearing when I decide to go for an evening walk when the light is fading so I can still be seen in our country lanes. Only worn a couple of times in the rain, but so far it has kept me completely dry. Love it!

This is like a heavier wind breaker, super high vis great for cycling in weather no warmer than 5 degrees or it would be too hot. I did a 100k ride in high wind, 0 degrees celcius and was not cold.
