How far should I stretch my foot?

We recommend at the beginning to completely relax your foot and hold this position with the strap for the first night or two. It may take more than a night or two to get used it. The stretch can gradually be extended each night as comfort allows.

Is the ProStretch NightSock machine washable or hand washable?

ProStretch NightSock should be hand washed by itself. Remove the toe support before washing. Hand wash in warm water with mild soap. Rinse well and air dry. After dry, replace toe support. We recommend 2Toms StinkFree Detergent.
