Very good suction.

I was really exited about getting this product because of the previews reviews, but the truth is that these cups are really hard and they donnot contour/slide smoothly around the face, does not matter what kind of oil or cream you use. The smallest cup is the hardest one to maneuver; specially around the eye area. It is hard for me to return the product on time because I am currently living in Africa and it takes a long time to be delivered to me, try it and return it back to Amazon. $14+ I jus threw up in the air! :-(

Read the reviews and hoped for the best. I watched a few YouTube videos to see how it's done. I used under the saggie part of my arm once and noticed a huge difference the next morning. Even my BF said I had less lumpynes. It's been a week and still no cellulite. Tried on my face twice so far. First time all my sinuses cleared, and I didn't feel congested before. 2nd time, a saggy patch on my neck is gone, even one week later. I'm sold!

I love this set. My daughter and I both suffer from fibromyalgia that causes wide spread nerve pain, muscle spasms and weakness. We both have experienced a significant decrease in pain and an added bonus of body tone. The smaller cups are amazing on the face. I have been using them for about 2 weeks and I see a big change in texture, tone as well as some deep line reduction. I will be buying more for the body and as gifts.
