The unit itself for the price is good, not great. I would expect a much better performance of a quad core CPU. Don't be disappointed if the unit is not as snappy as you would like it to be. You will see this especially when using Google Maps, Voice Recognition or similar apps.Also, the radio reception is really, really bad. (Update, see below)It's still a good unit with a lot of bang for the price, I use it myself for Spotify, MP3s and Youtube.It's great in the Tri-State Area with Optimum, as they have a lot of wireless hotspots pretty much everywhere which is giving you an almost always online unit.The dashboard fit is bad. You have to heavily modify any 3rd party Double DIN installation Kits (e.g. the Metra 95-1005 Double DIN Installation Kit), as this radio is a Chinese Double Din Radio, which is slightly larger then American models. It's doable, but not easy to get a nice flush fit (especially on the sides).The backup camera is a nice addition, even though I've connected a different camera. The reverse input comes up almost instantaneously, even while the radio is still booting up (which takes around 30sec).Personally, I would not buy this unit again. But at the same time, I am not planning to replace it either.Update 9/25/2016:Shortly after my review the manufacturer contacted me via e-mail and gave me a couple of tips to increase the radio reception, namely:1. Re-Check the antenna cable connection (and make sure that it is not an active antenna, as this would require another +12v cable connected to it2. Change a setting in the factory settings menu (password protected, I won't publish this here). In there, some radio settings can be adjusted. Also, on a side note, you can change the boot screen there to almost any car manufacturer out there. A nice gimmick.I verified both points, and for whatever reason radio is now working much better. Consequently, I've updated my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars.

It works most of the time. This is my second one and they are both the same. Very slow to load where you can actually use it, locks up once a week and have to force test (you lose all your radio stations when you reset), Bluetooth lags very bad, almost 2 seconds behind the phone.They really need to invest more time improving the processor speeds and to spell check their instructions. It is almost a quality radio just not yet.***Edit*** 19 September 2017 now that I have had this for several months now, I like it even less. Multiple accounts of the radio resetting on trips, locking up and freezing, once it freezes you have to press the reset button to unlock and then all your preset stations are deleted. Randomly starts searching for stations, the tune knob does not tune, it searches thru your preset stations. Bluetooth lags by a couple of seconds.This is not a quality unit and is full of bugs. I have returned 2 units for the same reasons and when I have had enough of this one I will be changing to another brand.

So far so good, easy install, just a little bit bigger than my Metra double dinn face plate. Sounds good, radio stable, pretty fast boot up time. Will update after a week of use. Haven't figured out if it does voice dialing, didn't have a steering wheel code for it **UPDATE** After using this thing for a week, I would change my rating to 1 STAR, sitting in my driveway radio, Bluetooth, and, and Nav all work fine, but as soon as you get down the road Nav can't acquire a signal, radio reception gets unstable, and bluetooth won't stay connected to the phone. Also every morning when I start the truck the units ipod connection goes back to repeat and you get the same song over and over, you can change it back to normal but turn it off and back it goes to repeat

I have had this for over a year now. Although the unit works well I would no longer recommend this.THERE IS NO SUPPORT FOR THIS PRODUCT. Volsmart's facebook page which you are referred to has absolutely no information on it and is not monitored. No answers to any questions. I will update this if things change.Took extra effort to install. The unit is a little larger top to bottom than a normal USA Double Din. It is now installed in a Ford F250 in place of the original radio. So far it works flawlessly and actually better than expected. AM/FM stations are crystal clear. Sound is amazing compared to the stock radio. GPS works out of the box with no additional downloads. Bluetooth Hands Free is clear. Ive used many hands free units over the years and from what people I called have said this is the best.I have spent a limited amount of time testing the unit. If I find any flaws I will update this review.Update! This radio is amazing. I've used new systems from Hyundai and Ford and This is equally as good if not better in some areas.I did have a problem with GPS Voice not being loud enough. It turns out to be a simple fix. Go into factory settings and turn up the SYSTEM volume!

Mic not included. You will need a separate wiring harness to your specific vehicle. Features need to be programmed... Not to difficult.. MAPS ARE NOT INCLUDED YOU HAVE TO ROUTE THROUGH YOUR PHONE. There is a place to put an sd card with preloaded maps.Sound was definitely improved with new radio.Touch screen works well.App store didn't work for me but planning to retry.Fairly easy installWould recommend an install kit for a more secure fit.Had to wsit this review... They have preloaded maps called igo that works well.Easy connect doesn't work at allBluetooth in the months I have owned this has worked a total of 3 times. Wouldn't connect to either Android or iphone
