The pros are that I paid for expedited shipping to get the item in time for my friend’s birthday party. I even reached out to the company asking them if they could please help push it through for me. They did push it through and I believe they even paid for overnight shipping when they didn’t have to. I received it the very next day after it was printed! Cons: The cup, including expedited shipping was expensive and I expected a standard sized mug. It is extremely small(!!!!) and looks like it holds maybe half or 2/3 the amount of a standard sized mug. I am even embarrassed to give it to my friend for her gift but it is printed already and I spent a good amount of cash for it. I ended up trying to find even more stuff than I had planned to add to my friend’s gift bag. Overall, the company seems like a good one with nice people, but I hope they consider using standard sizes or adding a disclaimer that their product is especially small.
