Although I didn't test the bandwidth to actual specifications, the performance seemed to meet the specs. The only thing which didn't seem to work was the web interface for management. Direct access by web browser (Firefox and Edge) would not connect. Access using the latest version of D-Link's Smart Console Utility failed to recognize the switch. After a full reset of the switch, all methods were tried again without success. Three requests for help to D-Link's published eMail address (customerservice@us.dlink.com) over a period of 30 work days failed to get any response. It's now been over 40 work days (2 months) – NO RESPONSE. I have been a loyal (and enthusiastic) user of D-Link products for over 30 years. Times change! I can no longer support a company which has a completely failed customer support policy.
