Bormioli Rocco Fido Glass Square Jar, 3 Liter

I absolutely love these jars for pasta and flour storage in my pantry. They are of good quality. The square design is nice because they don’t take up as much space as round jars do.

I just love these Bormioli glass jars and have quite a few of them, to store pasta, flour, sugar, etc. The quality is outstanding and the price is very reasonable. I've never had a problem with damage from shipping or anything else. My go-to brand for glass storage.

I’ve been using these jars for many years for storage, macerating herb tinctures, food storage and more. I’m sorry I can’t cook in them—yet. Replacement seals are available and I keep at least one package of replacement seals on hand at all times.

I wanted a jar to use for sun tea but decided that, making it with warm water. In this jar works a lot better and has a better taste. I filter my water and I heat it up in the microwave. After my jar has been warmed up. I pour a little bit of heated up water in with tea bags. Then I let my tea sit for a little bit to cool down. Remove the tea bags and add a little bit of cold water or ice, then put in the jar in the refrigerator. It's the perfect size for a section in our refrigerator door it being square helps. Also, the jar's air tight.😉

This is a wonderful jar for storing pantry supplies - flour, sugar etc. And the customer service was amazing. Jars are packaged very well and arrive safe and sound.

I have a #3 jar that's at least 25 years old. I recently decided I needed another for the new flavor of loose leaf tea I buy by the pound. It's so nice to find they still make the same designed jar that matches exactly! Everyone seems to think they need to redesign stuff to keep a market but I so glad Fido sticks with their classics.The square shape fits nicely on the shelf two deep. It has always kept my tea fresh and bug free with a wide enough mouth to reach into with your hand. Sturdy glass too.

love the quality - this 3L size was big enough for a 4 lb bag of sugar (see picture) and looks like it would easily hold a 5 lb bag, and might just hold a 48 oz can of coffee - but if it doesn't hold the entire can, i have a smaller jar for 4-5 day supply of coffee, so the excess will go in that. I like it enough i just ordered 3 more. And FYI, this jar is square, the lid looks like it takes the same 3.5" gaskets and is big enough for my husband to reach inside (his hands are larger than mine)
