This has been the best purchase of the year. My first headset was a Logitech and it worked well, but I kept stepping on the cord and it eventually went out on me. Then I got a replacement Logitech, a newer version, and it worked worse than my first one. Working from home, I needed a reliable headset so a friend recommended Cyber Acoustic. I love the design, it’s very lightweight and I like that the cord is not plastic, it’s like a durable string cord that moves easily. Also, your mouthpiece is movable and remains in place when it’s set. I would have given this an overall 5 stars for comfort, but the ear pieces are a little small and starts to hurt when wearing for long periods of time. It’s adjusted to the largest setting so there is nothing else I can do. In any event, still a great buy and not a major issue.

Very good product and even better price considering the quality and durability, the only big problem is the ear muffs are too small, they don't fit over your ears they rest on top of them which is a BIG problem if you have to wear them for an hour or more at a time as they really hurt your ears and pinch down and into them. Adjust this one small snag and you've got one of the best microphone headsets on the market.

Purchased for VOIP use. Plug and play - they functioned perfectly on first use with Windows 10. Microphone arm is flexible along its entire length and it's easy to customize its placement. Fit was snug and very comfortable. Overall they feel solid and well made.Was disappointed that the pads rest ON the ear rather than OVER the ear as described.

I've gotten feedback that the sound on my phone calls was not the best quality since I purchased this headset a year ago. Yesterday, the whole unit died while I was in a Zoom Meeting. I take great care with my work equipment and I have to say that I am quite disappointed with the product and will not be replacing with the same brand.
