I ordered the bag in black. When it arrived there was a problem so I contacted the supplier who couldn't of been more helpful. They immediately despatched a new bag which I received within a week. I absolutely love this bag, it is very stylish. It is most definitely quality leather. Plenty of compartments. I am now going to order another in pink. 😊

I needed a smart, nice quality, real leather bag in pale pink, which had grab handles as well as a cross-body strap. I was delighted with this purchase. The colour was great, and it is a surprisingly roomy bag, easily fitting in everything I wanted for the day, including a spare pair of shoes (I'm a size 5, I don't imaging the bag would carry shoes much bigger than that tbf), it looked chic and yet was surprisingly sturdy and easily stands up by itself. I probably won't need this particular shape or size of bag again in the near future, however I will certainly consider this brand if I'm looking to buy a bag in the future.
