I found this so resourceful, it is a great story to read aloud during story time sessions and my students really really enjoyed it! You can use it to develop a simple script and put on a school production. You can also photocopy the comic-style illustrations from the book for your students to colour in! The original text is really lyrical, poetic and rich in imagery and this has been beautifully adapted in the form of illustrations. I also like that this version has placed a few original verses!
