Picked this up to keep tortillas warm after heating them up on the griddle for fajita night. I can pack about 20 standard 8" corn or flour tortillas into this holder and it keeps them warm and pliable.I did not encounter any odd smells or anything as others have mentioned in their reviews. Obviously you'll want to wash this in hot soapy water and rinse well prior to first use. It holds up fine in the dishwasher on the top rack, I have not tried washing on the bottom rack of the dishwasher though.Overall I'm pleased with the purchase and will hopefully enjoy warm tortillas for years to come.

This is the best tortilla warmer I have ever used and since I live in Texas I have used ALOT! This also warms up tamales really well! I love that this is Made in the USA!!!

There were a few bad reviews but I decided to try it anyway and I couldn’t be more pleased. Maybe they just got a damaged one. I love the look and size too!We eat tacos several times a week, including for breakfast and for dinner.. and it’s worked great for warming tortillas! 30 seconds in the microwave and they are all warmed!I also used it to keep my sautéed zucchini warm while I cooked it in batches. It worked so great & kept it warm until I was completely done! #winning

I purchased the warmer to mainly use it as a holder for crepes. The fact that it is also microwaveable makes it even better. It’s perfect!

We love tacos, burritos and enchiladas and heating the tortillas in paper towels was always a pain. When you went back for seconds they were already cold. I put one damp paper towel in the bottom of this, microwave for 30-60 seconds and we have warm, flexible tortillas that are still hot and ready for seconds and thirds. Can roll up 9 enchiladas and the last one is as good as the first. Had been meaning to get one for years but always forgot until it came time to warm tortillas. But, by the time my belly was full, I forgot all about it. 😏

If you love tortillas but can’t get them fresh this is great. Tried all other tortilla warmers and holders for years NOTHING compares to this! Six to eight tortillas from the refrigerator to the microwave and presto nice and moist warm pieces of maiz deliciousness

Looks beautiful, but not effective and unfortunately past the return period. I hate that I wasted money on this thing. Any of us who have grown up with the traditional "tortilla keeper" expect it to keep the tortillas warm for awhile so you can make it through a meal. Not this one. It is a thin piece of plastic that dissipates heat within a matter of minutes and builds condensation if the lid is used while tortillas are in it.

I bought it because it was made in the USA. Got the Granite color as that one looked the least plastic-y. It is small and does not have much depth in the receptacle where the rotis are to be place to heat, so can't have more without sticking together. Catches moisture in the bowl (from the rotis) and collects at the side of the bottom in the circumference. And stays warm only for a little while. The moisture can be prevented by placing a paper towel piece at the bottom and maybe, was paper in between so the rotis do not stick to each other. It is decent enough, for your everyday use, (we eat wheat rotis for breakfast), but is a bit small for entertaining. I think I would rather have heavy towel wrapped around them and placed in a wicker or bamboo tortilla basket with lid. Or a ceramic one. Both tend to be more expensive than this.

Es verdad que no le caben muchísimas tortillas, pero yo no sé quién les dijo que era para meter kilo y medio o algo. La descripción no debe decir calentador porque confunde a la gente, es un simple tortillero de plástico que cumple muy bien su función, eso sin contar que también es muy barato.Pro tip: deje encerradas las tortillas en él durante un par de semanas y podrá cultivar penicilina casera. ¡No lo piense más!

Este tortillero fue diseñado para calentar tus tortillas en horno de microondas, sin embargo nosotros lo compramos para simplemente mantener calientes las tortillas. Habíamos comprado de los tradicionales de tela, los cuales aparte de la poca capacidad y nula efectividad, terminaban impregnando las tortillas de «sabor a detergente»... este tortillero es una chulada aparte de robusto y guapo, es muy eficiente manteniendo las tortillas calientes... ah! y también le cabe «pan pita»Como comentario adicional, nosotros usamos una hoja de aluminio dentro del tortillero para maximizar la retención de calor, esto es opcional y no es necesario, sin embargo es un plus. (nota recordatorio: no meter aluminio al horno de microondas, solo usar después de calentadas las tortillas para retener de mejor manera el calor de las mismas)En las fotos que adjunto, dentro del tortillero hay cómodamente 10 quesadillas.

Ya tenía una del tamaño marcado como "regular" y quería la más grande pensando en que me daría espacio suficiente para una mayor cantidad de tortillas y otros alimentos. Error!!! La regular y la extra grande son del mismo tamaño!!! Sin duda la devolveré simplemente porque es un engaño lo del tamaño.Hablando de calidad sí cumple con lo prometido, retiene muy bien la calidez de los alimentos, se puede poner en el microondas y es muy resistente. Mi enojo es grande precisamente porque es un artículo que deseaba para completar mi cocina.La recomiendo pero sin duda se me hace una estafa que pongan que hay dos tamaños diferentes cuando es el mismo.

Not impressed at all. Arrived with the edge of the dish melted. Could not return as had to take to a UPS parcel shop during the pandemic and could not get to it before the return window ended.

Very happy with purchase. Keeps my chappatis warm and soft.
