Just don't microwave in them or they get that weird texture and stain.I mainly use them to measure since it's only one set and you are supposed to use multiple per day based on caloric needs. The booklet it comes with is informative and has good basic suggestions, but you really don't need instructions other than how many to use per day. The best thing to do is use as many whole foods as you can to fill them, rather than junk.I've been using an appetite suppressant and thermogenic drops along with these containers and I lost 10 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks.
