Q: Is this genuine dyneema uhmwpe?

Yes, this winch rope made of 12 strands braided ultra tough dyneema.

Q: Can I have one special ordered with hooks on either end??

It comes with a steel eyelet on one end and the one I purchased came with a 5 ton hook for the other.

Q: Does this rope floats in water? I want to use it to tow my inflatable boat.

I haven't had this rope in a deep enough spot for long enough to check fully for buoyancy. In the shallows that I have had it in did seem to stay uptop with the exception of the hook. Synthetic rope - isn't very poorius so I would think it wouldn't float for very long after the air gaps in the rope was filled by water. I can tell you it handles 12,000 lbs with no problems!
