The product photos show it flush, but it is too big so about 1/4" of it remains sticking out. This is really poor quality control. I was going to use these on hanging pendant lamps but it will look bad with the threads on the cable strain relief showing. Also, one of the sockets was missing the bottom half of its cable strain relief set. Based on what I'm seeing so far without installing the sockets, I can only guess that they will fail during use due to poor quality. I do not recommend buying this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not as picture or description states. *by S***L on Reviewed in the United States on February 25, 2021* Item and product photo are not as described and picture of socket is different than product.Long sleeve has thick edge which prevents sleeve from screwing into 1 1/4 pipe fitting. Cap and sleeve get locked preventing opening the socket for repair. No cardboard sleeve.Has now delayed my project.Update...After working with the vendor it was determined that their item won't work with my project. This is through no fault of theirs. If anything, they did all they could do to help me. They were extremely courteous and very quick to reply to my emails, even on the weekend.I will definitely use them in the future. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ no instructions included, know what you are doing *by N***N on Reviewed in the United States on November 13, 2021* First off they are one time use, once you snap the back cover on it locks and can't be taken off so test before closing the lid. I screwed the first one up but hey they were less than $2 each so oh well. The screw down connectors for the wires don't hold great so I soldered the wire just to be sure because you can't take them apart later if a wire comes loose.
