I canāt tell you anything about this item. I purchased it for my granddaughter and had it sent to my daughter to gift it at birthday time. I can tell you that it arrived very promptly and, according to my daughter, seemed to be quite nice.

Not a good lock at all!
The correct lock combination was entered and the lock will not open no !after what I try. Also I did NOT forget the password combinationš
