Really happy with the purchase the product is original and is as advertised for any of you wondering, bought it for a parent and it surprisingly has a better front cam then some of the galaxy flagship, its light weight and similar/contains most of the features of the samsung flagship models, you cant go wrong with this for the budget segment it is in.

Good one
Excellent product. But I am actually disappointed with the Samsung mobile case. This is seen sticked with two safety seal. One new and one seal, which is broke. But phone is OK.

Not UAE version no warranty!
I got a phone that is not working headed to Samsung service center and they said this is not a UAE version, its Kuwait. so not warranty/support inside UAE.And I am lucky I used Amazon, because their refund process is respectable!

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A72 256GB 8GB RAM international version. I was apprehensive at spending such a large sum of money online, especially as the price appeared to be such a great deal - certainly more affordable than from other sellers and retailers. I even spoke to an Amazon representative to verify some details of this product and seller before committing to my purchase. Item arrived earlier than anticipated and was in original, unopened packaging. I am based in the UK and the international version is working perfectly fine as advised. I have setup all my favourite apps etc. And been able to send/receive texts etc without issue. I am very happy with my purchase and the service.*update 11/06/2022: The pins of the charging port wore quickly (phone not yet 12 months old) and the mobile does not qualify for manufacturer warranty in the UK (as investigated and advised by Samsung)HOWEVER. I was fortunate to get the issue fixed locally by means of a USB-C port replacement at the cost of £35.00. Disappointing considering the age of the phone...BUT I'm still very happy with the overall performance and function of this item...I actually love my Samsung A72!*
