Putting this together was very easy. The Quality of the product is perfect so your dog and the appearance of you have a nice car like myself is very nice. The values for the money for the stability and performance is dead on point. Stability is amazing.

I saw this product in an Uber I rode in once and I KNEW I needed it for my dogs. After owning this product for almost a year now, it is still in my car and hasn’t been taken out since the day it was installed! This product definitely helps keep the pups safe in the back seat. Though, mine enjoy peeking between the cage and the mesh middle insert. If you are worried about your pup jumping from the front to the back (or riding on the center console like mine preferred) I HIGHLY recommend this product!! It has been extremely durable in my year of owning. I have gone through several “hammocks” but never even taken this product out to switch out the destroyed hammocks!

I have a hammock that I use in the backseat of my car for my dog. He's been climbing over it and getting in the front or standing on the console sometimes. So I ordered this barrier. It works very well very easy to install. It's very stable. My dog cannot jump up and climb in the front seat anymore. It has a very nice appearance. I have this behind the hammock in my car. It does extend for wider vehicles sedans an SUVs.

The top metal portion of this is great! Easy to assemble and easy to install in the car. The lower section with the mesh and straps was 1 hard to install because you have to find random places to attach the straps to. 2. My dog chewed through it within 15 minutes. Wish this had an option to have a metal extension for between the seats.

I bought this because we have 3 dogs, ranging in size from Corgi to Great Pyrenees, and we needed a way to keep them in the back area of our vehicles. This was not the cheapest of the barriers, but very inexpensive compared to some other models. It was mostly easy to assemble (some issues with getting the adjustable sides up originally), and I had it mounted and secured within about 20 minutes when I went out to our car.I have been using this gate for over 3 months now, including some cross state road trips, and it has had NO issues whatsoever. I was able to adjust the sides to allow me to mount it so there is no view obstruction out the back window, and it has kept all of our dogs in the back area like it said it would. The material is holding up well to even our big girl, who likes to lean on everything (and has 150 lbs. behind her).I will try to add a photo later if possible, but I am glad that I picked this version, both for cost and the adjustable sides.

Well made, not the easiest thing to install in your vehicle.

Long road trip with long time spent in the carWith the barrier up the dogs stay in their place and don’t bother the people in the front

My Lab (50 lbs.) was able to force her way through the cloth Guard Mesh and my bucket seats when I installed the panels and mesh as illustrated by the manufacturer. In doing so she scratched my leather consul which the Dog Barrier was suppose to prevent! I had to realign the two side panels so they covered the opening between the buckets and used the Guard Mesh to hold the bottoms of the panels as close as possible to the back of the buckets. Seems to work for now but I haven't left her in the truck for any length of time to see how persistent she will be in trying to get into front seats!
