Water trap
So far so good for the shop. Keeps the moister out the plasma cutter and other tools. I got the 3/4โ to make sure I kept the volume of flow to run larger impact and large plasma cutter. And sandblasting cabinets itโs only been for a couple weeks and seems to be doing the job it was intended for.

great product for air compressor aftercooler setup
i recently purchased a 60 gal stationary air compressor for my shop and setup a compressor (between compressor outlet and tank inlet) using this product and it worked like a charm. very easy to connect and very well made. using appropriate connection methods of ptfe paste, correct brass fittings (3/4โ in my case) there has been absolutely no leakage and almost no water making it through to input of tank

Filters work best when the comnpressed air cools.
I like the THB products. Have worked well in the past. In response to John Norbury, keep in mind that placing the filter 4 feet from the compressor means that the air is still quite hot. Hot air holds moisture and doesn't release it until the air cools so this is probably why you don't see any moisture in the filter. You may need to either run longer lines or use a compressed air cooling radiator.
