1st shower received worked but would shut off randomly for no reason and with no warning light. Ordering a replacement was so easy with Amazon delivering the new shower within 2 days and then collecting the faulty shower shortly after.Shower was easy to install with just a little pipe cutting required. Looks really nice and provides a decent flow at a decent temperature. No complaints and so happy with this purchase. Will update the review if any further issues encountered but I am pretty certain the first was just faulty.

Was fitted within 15 min and very Stright forward. What a beautiful shower with a generous pressure while still keeping the shower going with plenty of hot water. Easy to wipe down and looks great too.It’s that good that I use them for rented properties as they last between 4-8 years with heavy use so good value long term 😘

Problems with the unit when first installed that were solved by a 'reboot and restore'.On first installation I had woeful pressure and the water temperature was either scalding hot or freezing cold. The phased shut-down wouldn't work properly either. I had to shut the unit down by killing it via the isolator switch.This was solved by going right back to the 'set-up' instructions in the manual. I took the cover off and started the set-up again from first 'boot'. I think that the connector between the heater and the controller wasn't properly seated, but I can't say for sure. Worth persevering though.After restoring the set-up and refitting the cover, the unit worked exactly as described in the manual. Better pressure, constant temperature and a phased shut-down. I've been using it for about one month now and I like it.What I like:It's very good at holding the set temperature. My pressure can be variable (my interbellum semi, not the shower) and the unit holds the water temperature when this varies.The ability to have a five point variance in the flow pattern. I like the 'shot-blast' setting. Others like something a little softer.Phased shut-down. This helps keep the head mold-free.Nice long lead on the head. Can cover the whole shower tray.Pre-fitted with a soap dish on the rail. Nice touch.Looks very cool against my white gloss metro tiles. :-)Nice unit size. Not too large.Simple, one-button default operation.My gripes:"Hot" and "Cold" labels and arrows aren't easy to read for those of us whose eyes aren't what they were. (Small font and silver-on-silver). Could you make these black in the future?Bottom Line:If you persevere with the set-up (read the manual carefully and double check the controller / unit interface 'plug') it's a darned good shower and good value for money. It gives you a warm shower and works well with lower pressure systems.I'm going to dock a star for the set-up though. Get that sorted (i.e. make it foolproof) and this would be an outstanding unit.

Bought this item on 14th July, by 6t August it’s faulty.I cannot turn the shower off!! All the lights jut continually flash, and the on/off button doesn’t work, so I have to turn the mains electric switch for the shower off to stop the shower running. Even when it is on, it doesn’t warm up.Have contacted Triton customer service to see if they can support, but to have it not work in less than a month is terrible!
