They are about 3 times the size of the stock bump stops I would say about 7" tall and 4 wide I love them.

I'm not sure where your getting them, but that is a fair price for a 'pair'. Don't buy one for that price!

Q: Would these work on a truck with a 2 " lift kit?

If your truck is lifted 2" in the rear, although they will fit, they will not work as designed. If you are referring to a leveling kit (2" lift only in the front) then yes.

Q: Would this help those with harsh ride who do not tow/haul?

No, they add resistance when there is weight added. They do their job nicely, but I think what you would be looking for is possibly a different set of shocks. Bilstein 5100s are a nice improvement over the stock Rancho shocks.
