There are no clear instructions on how to match up the multiple result colors on the test strips to the multiple rows of colors on the bottle. No customer support to help.

Not very precise
Ran test 3 times on the same sample. Couldn't get a color match for all 4 pads on the test strip. Got a close enough reading for home gardening purposes but if you want precise values use a lab.
