Arrived intact, well packaged and what I expected. Essentially it’s a 5 start because when I went to hang it up on the tree, it hung and brought me joy.

Bob arrived an amputee
I purchased this ornament for my cousin as we’ve always loved him and thought it would be a nice addition to our tree. Well when Bob arrived last night he was missing an arm and a leg. After searching through the packaging we realized his leg hadn’t even come with him. I think we will still put him on the tree though.

Looks okay at a distance, up close not so much.
The paint is applied poorly or is missing.In the picture of the face, the hair has no paint near the skin. His right ear has no skin color.Back of his head, the shirt color is on the skin and hair.Shoes, the pants color spills onto both shoes.
