Same happened to me, contact customer service and you should be able to keep the one you have and get a refund.

Have ordered this at least 3 times and have always received 2 !! It had to be their mistake and they should defnitely send you 2 to make up for it.

I received very old expired pressed powder. I sent it back for refund.

Q: Is there a mirror as shown?

Yes, there is a mirror underneath the powder. The powder puff is stored under the mirror.
