Is this figure plastic or rubber if plastic Do the arms and legs have single or double joints?

its a mix of both but its mostly rubber. Also there is no joints to move. It will break if you try to move them they stay the way they are. It is also a bit top heavy and has hard time standing on its own even with the little plate they give it to stand on
