Launders beautifully, cool to sleep on, stays put
I purchased this about a year and a half ago. I didn't review it until I put it through its paces.I have a queen-sized, deep mattress, adjustable bed. After a few ups and downs both sheets and mattress pads pop off. Not this one!I swear it is cooler to sleep on which is a plus for me. It is definitely waterproof. It launders beautifully. I line dry it only because my dryer's manual warns against it for the dryer's sake. I stretch it across two deck chairs and it dries in a jiffy.I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

Fits the 18" depth queen mattress well!
This mattress pad is not only easy to get on but it also covers the entire mattress top. I had bought this for the travel trailer mattress but since it fits so well (and is easy to get on), it's staying at the house. The used one can go in the trailer...

Absolute Lifesaver for Cat Pee
This mattress protector is a LIFESAVER. I just discovered that one of my cats has apparently been peeing on my guest bed for an unknown length of time. For those who aren't familiar with cat pee, it is VILE and incredibly difficult to fully remove the smell. I was horrified that my entire mattress would need to be replaced. Fortunately I had this mattress protector on the bed. I threw it out and upon inspection, the mattress underneath seemed untouched. After a couple days of airing out the room, I can confirm, there is no cat pee smell - meaning none of it leaked through this protector into the mattress. I'm buying another one right now to replace the ruined one - much better the mattress protector than the entire mattress!!

Doesn't have that weird, tight, plastic, mattress cover feel!
For so long I have been unable to find a mattress cover that is deep enough in the pockets to fit a mattress and the mattress topper. This mattress cover feels like the top of the mattress, doesn't have a weird mattress cover feel, and is waterproof. I love it so much! Definitely worth the money! It also stays in place!
