You can always rely on Anker to deliver the goods. Superbly packaged with a nice protective bag this just does everything it should do. I use it to charge my iPad Pro 11" M1 and iPhone and its flawless. Charges super fast too.My only criticism would be the power level indicator which is just a series of blue dots in a circle. I would have preferred a numeric guide. Having said that blue dot indicators in a circle give you enough of an idea so that it would be purile to remove a star for that design choice.Its heavy but not as large or cumbersome as I thought it might be. I have no issues sticking it in my travel bag or vertical messenger bag when out on the road.Plus its ability to charge multiple devices at the same time is great and actually works.Thoroughly recommended.

Works great, delivers the capacity specified, but it IS quite heavy and to be honest, I'd probably carry a charger or a car-converter in my rucksack if I knew I was going somewhere there was going to be power.

It's charging power is advertised as it says, unlike other powerbanks on amazon.The charging speed and power and the eco charging mode is great for lower and higher end devices.STEAM DECK USERS! Buy this! Charged my steam deck twice and once fully while playing!Overall amazing product!

I have had numerous power banks over the years, and this one is just the best for me. It seamlessly delivers continuous energy to power my Fuji X-T3 - thanks to its power delivery USB-C port. I bought this in 2022 and the capacity of the batteries have barely degraded which is fantastic.If i'm shooting 4K video at 400mbps, my camera uses around 15W of power which really quickly gets through a single NP-W126S battery in around 25-40 minutes on average. This power bank can last me around 4 or even 6 hours of continuous usage which is great. I am planning on buying another one for a backup if I ever need it.I recommend this power bank, it's excellent.

I am a huge fan of Ankers products and customer service in general and have been for many years. I own an IPad Pro 2018 and a MacBook Pro (usb c version) and have bought this charger as I will frequently (hopefully) be using this as I travel for work. It charges my iPad as fast as a wall outlet and can charge my MacBook for an additional couple hours for my revision sessions. Perfect travel companion, the fastest portable charger in this price range (£45 when I bought mine) and 20,000MAh should be plenty for most use cases (festivals, daily use,...)Awesome product overall and can’t recommend it enough.Will update with the rate of degradation of the battery itself as I am concerned this might end up being an issue in the long term.

I purchased this as it said it would power my laptop as well. Does that no problem.Charges my phone atleast twice from when its totally flat. This is a heavy battery pack but thats secondary to the way i use it so it ok for me. Would recommend especially if you travel alot.
