What is the difference between extra strength and regular strength?

Difference between Regular Strength Prevagen and Extra Strength is about $20.00.  When I went from Regular to Extra strength, I didn't notice a difference at all.  The mark-up on this particular product is horrendous.   Three million people are estimated to have purchased Prevagen since it was first launched by 2007 Quincy Bioscience, a Wisconsin-based manufacturer. Do your homework:  Prevagen may not work as represented because apoaequorin, the only purported active ingredient in Prevagen, is completely destroyed by OUR digestive system and transformed into common amino acids no different than those derived from other common food products such as chicken, cold cuts, hamburgers, etc.  Good luck, it may work for some . . . just like Prayers.

How much sugar does it have on one dose?

Although the Prevagen supplement facts list the Carbohydrates as being 1 gram, the source of carbohydrates come primarily from Sorbitol (sugar alcohol with a value 2/3 that of sugar) and Mannitol (sugar alcohol with less impact than table sugar). There is no exact numerical value, but the average medium apple has 19 grams of sugar. The amount of "sugar" in one Prevagen chewable tablet is insignificant to when putting this in comparison to regular foods.
