Q: Is this paper thick enough to use for post cards and greeting cards?

Personally I will not use it for either a postcard nor greeting card. It is quite thin to use it as a postcard, and it has a glossy finish on both sides which is for me, not ideal for a greeting card. And, I needed quite sometimes to let the ink dry after printing words and picture on it using an inkjet printer because of the smoothness of the surface of the paper. Hope this help.

This is a pearl (Satin, Lustre) photo paper. It has a low sheen finish. There is no texture on it.

Q: Would this paper be good to print a comic or graphic novel interior pages?

This is a really thick paper designed for high end photography such as wedding albums or books. It is way too heavy to be pages in a book. You should use a 140gsm maximum weight paper for this purpose.
