Defective product
This DVR died within 2 months of use. Just noticed one day the unit beeping and turning on and off everytime it tried to boot up. Our outdated unit lasted for 15 years and still works but this new one didn't make a few months. Not pleased at all with this device and would not recommend

Has great picture quality, mine makes a slight noise when it runs and that's why I gave it a 4 star. Overall it's ok.

Defective from the get go
Went through all the trouble of installing this, and it was stuck in a "reboot loop", that is obviously a known issue. Customer service is only available from 6pm to 2am, and is unhelpful. After 3 days reinstalled my old system and gave up on this one.

Product is inferior but reasonable for price
Pros - Arrived new not refurbished - No missing components - Good price - Good for monitoring - Easy to connect - Cameras are decent quality - High or Low quality video setting option Cons - DVR does not work - Does not record - Settings do not allow to set correct time - Time is based on preloaded time zones which may not be correct - Poor customer service - Unable to speak with someone to resolve issues - Limited night vision Suggestion - Spend a little more and find a local reputable seller FYI, I purchased the 16 channel 4TB system with indoor and outdoor cameras. I have tried various methods to correcting the time and for the system to record unsuccessfully. I will be replacing the DVR with a different unit from a different manufacturer soon.

Great product!
Hooked up to the old system and is up and running with little effort. Great mobile app. Can view from multiple devices. Easy to navigate. I have used zosi before and they have been around for over 10 years. Customer support is great.
