Kettle only 3 months old leaks from base and button on lid does not work. Cannot find a way to return faulty goods

The kettle doesn’t always turn itself off once boiling

I purchased this kettle because of the temperature control facility which is good but it is very noisy. I would have returned it but I would have had to pay the postage. For the price of the kettle I would have expected better.

As a kettle it's great. It saves me money because I can set it to a drinkable temperature 75 degrees Celsius is more than hot enough.Unfortunately, it has started to rust around the spout. You would think that the spout and the fastenings would be stainless steel. But that's not the case.An expensive purchase considering that it's just six weeks old.

Not happy at all

Lid stopped opening in day 2. Found a fixed screw inside kettle.. a bit worrying. Limescale build up already. Not impressed with this kettle unfortunately.

I purchased this kettle in April and it has not yet been two months, and I have had to return it because it started leaking quite badly. Its seems as though these kettles are not sealed properly when manufactured.
