Easy to install and good quality
Very easy to install (despite my awkward under sink area), easy to refill, and has worked well for the few months I’ve had it. Looks good next to bigger brand name faucet, just be sure to get the matching color/metal.

Spring mechanism not working
Since the mechanism is not working well, soap can't be dispensed. It's regrettable.

Great Soap Dispenser Addition
This item is quality and makes a lot of sense today with disease concerns. It mounts on the sink top where it is handy - no extra bottles to clutter up the sink. I put hand Dawn antibacterial hand soap in it for daily use. It refills from the top so it makes it easy. Matches the Kraus SS faucet that I also have. Highly recommended.

Good overall, with one minor issue
This dispenser was easy to install and looks good. The pump works well and the reservoir holds a good amount of soap. A minor issue, at least for me, is that the top seems a bit wiggly. It's hard to describe but it's like it can tilt in your palm while pushing down; not a lot, but I notice it.
